At Carathea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
